This is a sales-focused position. Youāll be expected to actively generate business, follow up with leads, uncover customer needs, recommend products, ask for the sale, and consistently work toward production goals.

Insurance experience is helpful, but sales ability, drive, and attitude are what matter most.
The selected candidate will be required to obtain the necessary Tennessee insurance license(s) within the first 60 days of employment.
