Insurance Advisors Agency has been helping South Texas residents with the complex process of selecting and
enrolling in a health insurance plan for the last ten years. We understand the culture, the economic hardship,
the education limitations and the language barriers in our area and our team is very compassionate when it
comes to servicing the uninsured and the under insured residents in South Texas. For the past 3 years we
have successfully helped nearly 2000 individuals enroll in the Affordable Health Care Act Plans. Our staff has
serviced many clients from the Westbook Clinic in Harlingen. We have a team of very dedicated and
knowledgeable agents who provide each client and each family with individual attention in searching for the
most appropriate health plan that is accepted by their doctors, by their preferred hospital and that covers
their medications. In addition to the enrollment services, we also assist throughout the year with customer
service issues, with the monthly payment process and we issue monthly reminders of missed premium
payments. We have four locations (Brownsville, Harlingen, McAllen and Rio Grande City) with easy access,
bilingual staff and walk ins are always welcomed. IAA participates heavily in community events every
month in hopes of providing education and creating awareness of the ACA deadlines an penalties. We
strongly believe that everyone should have access to affordable health care and we realize health insurance
