I don’t own the right to the music - This weekend was more than a performance — it was a full-circle moment. ✨

Years ago, Abigail sat in the audience in New York City as a little girl watching the legendary Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, inspired by the beauty, discipline, storytelling, and excellence on that stage.

This weekend, here in Las Vegas, she performed in “Higher Ground: Onward & Upward” at the West Las Vegas Arts Center with Live Arts Institute alongside dancers from Nevada Ballet Theatre and the prestigious Ailey Student Performance Group from The Ailey School in New York City. 🖤

To witness her now sharing space in a production connected to a legacy that once inspired her as a child is truly remarkable. Dreams really do evolve through exposure, opportunity, hard work, and faith.

So proud of Abigail and all of these talented young artists for their dedication, confidence, and growth. Thank you to the instructors, choreographers, mentors, and families who continue pouring into these children and creating spaces where they can rise.

“Onward & Upward” indeed. ❤️
