Well that’s a wrap! The Medicare annual open enrollment ended last night at midnight. My last app was scanned in at 11:23! 😬

Thank you to my awesome Medicare customers! You kept me busy! It’s truly an honor that you chose me to be your agent during such an important transition. It’s such a confusing time and the fact that you trust me to unravel the confusion is huge to me. Thank you so very much.

Whether you choose a supplement with a PDP or an advantage plan, it’s all your decision and it’s whatever suits you and your specific situation. But if you haven’t a clue about what to do, it’s nice having a person there for guidance. I love being that person in my community - and even up to 300 miles away! Thank you so much for your trust and your loyalty.

From here on out, it’s Medicare, Healthcare, Equine, and Farm/Ranch - all the areas of insurance I enjoy so much. It’s so good to be to this point in my life. The past couple years have been rough in so many ways. I’m hoping to regain some of what I lost with the long hours and stress. That sure takes a toll on a person. I think we forget this when we’re in the trenches and just trying to keep things going.

So here’s to an exciting change. I feel like today is the first day of the semi-retired insurance life. It’ll be more time with grand babies (yes plural!) and focusing on the Sergeant Performance Horse business. What an exciting change for my family. I know the Lord answered so many prayers to have this come together like this.

Tonight JD and I will be celebrating with a couple very dear friends at Carver’s for dinner and then onto Moss Mansion for a murder mystery. I’m guessing it’s somewhat like playing Clue. We shall see!

As a reminder open enrollment for healthcare ends December 15th for a January 1 effective date. For a February 1 effective date, you’ll have until January 15th. My calendar is full for most of next week, but if you need in by the 15th, either text or call me at 406-six79-zero2six2. I’ll try to accommodate you if I can.
