We’re excited to officially welcome Mandy Baird to the Integrity Insurance & Bonding team as our Operations Manager! 🖤

Mandy brings a wealth of experience from the roofing industry, where she excelled at coordinating crews, scheduling jobs, training sales teams, and helping build a strong company culture. A natural leader and true jack-of-all-trades, Mandy thrives on being involved in all aspects of the business and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever she’s needed.

Known for her dry sense of humor, Mandy has a knack for keeping things light and bringing a little laughter to even the most challenging situations. Her hands-on approach, leadership skills, and ability to keep things moving make her a valuable part of the team.

When she’s not at work, Mandy can usually be found tending to her two cattle dogs, Lynyrd and Zephyr. She also enjoys photography, floral arranging, and antique shopping with her friends.
