We had a great time at the Western States Roofing Expo last week! 🏠🔨

A large part of our client base is made up of roofing contractors, so supporting the roofing industry is especially meaningful to our team. We’re proud to be members of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association and, even more importantly, proud to stand alongside the hardworking people who make up the trades.

From connecting with industry partners and meeting new faces at the expo to spending quality time with our own team afterward, our time was filled with great conversations, meaningful connections, and plenty of fun.

Scarlet is a seasoned property & casualty insurance professional and people-focused leader with a passion for coaching, team development, and helping others grow. She believes in building meaningful connections and creating strong teams where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

One of Scarlet’s favorite reminders—and a philosophy she brings to her work—is Brené Brown’s words: “Clear is kind.” 💙

Outside of the office, Scarlet is a yoga teacher and avid nature lover who enjoys exploring the outdoors with her loved ones and her sweet Havanese, Max. 🐾🌲🧘‍♀️

After feeling drawn to the Pacific Northwest for years, Scarlet made it home in 2024 and has loved becoming part of the community ever since.

With nearly 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, Hilary brings deep expertise, a passion for client education, and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel informed and confident in their coverage.

A University of Utah graduate, Hilary has built her career across the Pacific Northwest, Nevada, Colorado, and now Southern Utah. Her journey has taken her from large corporate environments to the independent agency world, where she’s found a true passion for meaningful relationships and personalized client service.

Outside the office, Hilary enjoys getting lost in a good book, chasing after her young son, supporting local musical theater, catching live music, and spending time with her husband and their two cats, Tilly and Kiki. 🐱🐱📚🎭🎶

☀️ We wrapped up summer the best way we know how—together! 🤠

Last Friday, the Integrity Insurance & Bonding team gathered with our families for our Employee Round Up Summer Party! We enjoyed a delicious catered meal, played some seriously fun games (including Hobby Horse Barrel Racing 🐴🏁), and most importantly, got to spend quality time together outside the office.

We’re grateful for the people who make Integrity such a great place to be. Here’s to teamwork, family, and making memories together! 🎉
