Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Bart Lancellotti

Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Bart Lancellotti My practice is intentionally client- and community-centric. This allows us to stay connected and collaborate effectively, regardless of location.

I advise individuals, families, and business owners on preparing for, transitioning into, and living confidently throughout retirement—delivering thoughtful, long‑term guidance across all areas of their financial lives. As a financial advisor, my work centers on helping you feel comfortable, informed, and in control of your financial decisions - particularly as you prepare for, transition into, an

d live throughout retirement. I work primarily with individuals and families who are approaching retirement or already retired and want a thoughtful well-structured approach to managing their financial lives. My role is to help you navigate complex financial decisions, gain clarity during life transitions, and develop a strategy that aligns with your goals, values, and priorities-while having an advisor in your corner to provide perspective, guidance and ongoing support over time. I believe effective financial guidance begins with taking the time to understand you-your circumstances, concerns, and what matters most to you-not just your financial information. That same philosophy is reflected in my active involvement in local business and service organizations, where I focused on building meaningful relationships and supporting the communities I serve. While much of my practice is focused on serving neighbors in our community and the communities surrounding our branch, I also work with clients throughout the country using secure web conferencing. I am currently accepting new clients and work with individuals, couples, and families who value clear communication, personalized guidance and an ongoing advisory relationship built on trust. If you're looking for clarity and a trusted guide as you think about retirement, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect, so we can start with a simple conversation and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Ever wished you could grow without comp-plan swings or quota cycles?

Many high-performing sales professionals want autonomy with a clear pathway to grow at their own pace. Here's what the advisor role offers: Your momentum comes from your relationships, not your territory.

You get structured onboarding, mentorship and modern planning tools — paired with full control over how you build your practice.

Considering a long-term growth path? This could be it.

My Tuesday post for the 2nd week of June

The topic for this month is Preparing for Life Transitions 😊

💭This month I will be sharing a few reflection questions to help us focus on the theme of financial readiness during change through the community framing lens of graduations, relocations, and job transitions – just some things worth thinking about. 🤔

Last week the focus of the questions was on Recognizing Change
This week's questions will focus on Planning vs. Reacting

🧭 Today's Question: When life changes happen, do you tend to proactively prepare or figure things out as they unfold?

💭 If the question resonates, feel free to share your thoughts or simply react.

More than half of Americans feel financially conflicted. But those who feel financially fulfilled? They’re healthier, more connected and more in control of their future.

That’s the difference a thoughtful plan can make. Let’s talk about what a customized plan could look like for you.

After beginning the year with markets pricing in multiple rate cuts, a sharply accelerating labor market and energy-driven inflation have meaningfully shifted the outlook toward potential policy tightening — creating a more complex backdrop for equities and fixed income alike. Senior Economist James McCann explains what this could mean for investors in our Weekly Market Wrap.

This month I will be sharing a few reflection questions to help us focus on the theme of financial readiness during change through the community framing lens of graduations, relocations, and job transitions – just some things worth thinking about. 🤔

This week the focus will be on Recognizing Change

📌Today’s question: Looking back, was your last major life transition something you felt financially ready for - or something you adjusted to along the way?

📌And as a reminder Tuesday's question was: This time of year often brings change: graduations, moves, new roles. Do you feel financially prepared for your next transition, even if it's still ahead?

If the question resonates, feel free to share your thoughts or simply react.💭

Next week the focus will be on Planning vs. Reacting - see you then.

As investors look beyond Middle East tensions, U.S. economic fundamentals are coming into sharper focus, driven by an accelerating AI investment and robust corporate profit growth, reinforcing the constructive case for equities. However, elevated inflation may keep rate cuts off the table and limit near-term progress in bond markets.

Senior Economist James McCann explains what this could mean for investors in our Weekly Market Wrap.

I want to take a moment to apologize for not posting last week. I wasn’t feeling well and ended up being out of the office the entire week. Today is my first day back, and it’s good to be reconnecting.

Even though today is June 1st and we’re shifting into a new monthly theme, with Tuesday and Thursday questions starting tomorrow—I wanted to take a moment to wrap up May’s focus: Generational Wealth & Legacy 😊

Throughout the month, I shared reflection questions centered on meaningful wealth transfer, family stewardship, and living with intention. These were simply thoughtful prompts to consider along the way.

In Week 3, we focused on Preparing the Next Generation, and Week 4 was to be centered on Stewardship & Broader Impact.

Here are the final two questions we would have explored:

📌 Tuesday:
Does your current planning reflect not just who you care about—but what you care about?

📌 Thursday:
What lessons about money, work, or responsibility would you most want the next generation to carry forward?

💭 I hope at least a few of these questions resonated with you and your personal situation.

I’m looking forward to continuing the conversation in June as we shift to Preparing for Life Transitions, starting tomorrow.
