🚨 Big day!!! 🚨 We funded our first loan today as a company solely owned by and it was a smooth one. Our operations as an independent mortgage broker started on 10/6 and I’m not sure I would have believed then that we’d already have a loan funded in our second month. To make things even more special, our inaugural borrower is the sister of a great friend of mine who purchased her first home. Of course, our incredible Loan Processor and Director of Operations ._e_sanders deserves immense credit for making things go so smoothly, so quickly. It’s what she does! And there is a lot more where that came from as we are scheduled to fund four more next week. Who needs to buy a new home or refinance? 🏡 ❤️ 🔥
