SUNDAY SCENARIOS ☀️
New England finally decided to show up today. After weeks of 50s and gray skies, suddenly it feels like summer again.
So today looks like this 🌊 … getting the beach house ready for rental season, 📞 taking calls between projects, reviewing pre approvals, answering real estate questions, and working outside whenever I can. ☀️
After decades in the mortgage and real estate world, I’ve learned this business is never really just about interest rates. It’s about lifestyle, timing, long term planning, investment strategy, risk, opportunity, and helping people make smart decisions during major life moments.
Some days it’s exhausting. Most days it’s rewarding. And honestly, I feel really grateful that this is the life I’ve built. ❤️
