1000!!! 🎒

The 1023 backpacks we have collected (so far 😀) has been a true team effort!

We’ve always believed in working hard.

Providing. Showing up. Doing what needs to be done so our family never has to worry.

But lately, we’ve been realizing...

You can’t put more sand in the hourglass.

Our daughter won’t remember how many hours we worked.

She won’t remember the emails we answered late at night or the meetings we couldn’t miss.

But she will remember the summer trips to the lake in Maine.

The nights playing catch in the backyard.

And the way we looked at her when she told us about her wildest dreams.

Sometimes memories are the best investments we can make ❤️

Thank you to everyone that came out to JC's last night in support of our "We've Got Your Back" Backpack Drive! 🎒🍦

We have now collected just over 800 backpacks, and with 11 days left, we are closing in on our goal of 1000 backpacks for local kids in need! ❤

A huge thanks to Miss Maisie Richardson for adding to our count! 🎒

Over the weekend Maisie set up a lemonade stand at the Hanover Adult Mens Summer Softball playoffs, and with a portion of her proceeds she donated five backpacks to our drive.

Don't forget to join us tomorrow night, Wednesday August 19th, at JC's Dairy for our annual backpack collection night.

If you have already donated a backpack or bring one with you tomorrow, ICE CREAM is on us from 5-7PM 🍦

With a forecasted high of 85, it will surely be a great night for ice cream and community support! ❤

When I got to work this morning and something felt a little different.

I saw Megan first. I assumed she just had something for her kids she had to duck out to.

Then I saw Steve.

He doesn’t usually wear Red Sox gear to work 😊

When I saw Michelle, again I assumed she had some softball meeting she was headed to.

But when I saw Erin in the softball jersey and Adriana’s shoes, it clicked…

They had all decided to dress up as different “Mikes” for my birthday 😂

Thanks to the best team in the business for helping me celebrate 42! 🎉
