It was 2017 and our daughter Maisie had just arrived.

I was in the process of purchasing the family business and I needed some help.

Erin was working for an insurance carrier, and I asked if she would ever come work at the agency...

With some hesitation, she agreed.

Now 9 years later, we wouldn't have it any other way 😃

Erin's skillset compliments mine in ways I didn't even know I needed.

It’s been a little over three years since my dad passed away.

He cared deeply about this town and spent so much of his time supporting the people and activities that made it special.

The Stephen T. Richardson Memorial Scholarship was our way of honoring his memory and contribution.

On Tuesday night we were thrilled to present this year’s scholarships to Tess Madden and Sam Light.

These two embody exactly what this scholarship was meant to represent.

Tess is heading to the University of New England and Sam is off to Auburn, and we couldn’t be more excited for them.

Our agency has received more referrals from clients and partners this month than any month prior.

This speaks to the trust our clients have in our team and our agency, and we are incredibly grateful!

But it also speaks to a larger trend in the industry.

More and more people are moving away from large online companies and choosing to work with a local agency.

Local agencies support their communities and provide a resource for claims, questions and an understanding of what you are actually covered for.

But it goes deeper than this. When you call a local agency, they know who you are.

There is a personal connection that goes beyond just a policy number.

We are deeply appreciative of all those that continue to support our family agency.

And we will continue to work towards our goal of being the most trusted name in insurance on the Massachusetts South Shore 😊

We get to build relationships that last for years, sometimes generations, and get to be a small part of some really big life moments.

An engagement ring that needs to be protected.

A family closing on their new home.

A new driver ready to hit the road.

We are still riding high after our 5th Annual "That's How We Roll" Charity Bowling Tournament! 🎳

Our bowling tournament has now donated over $20,000 to local charities!

In a tight battle, the Clarke-Fickeisen Team came out of top (again). They have now won 3 in a row!

And this year 6 of our 15 teams left with a donation to their chosen charity 🎉

We are so thankful for all those that continue to support this event ❤

Each team picks a charity to bowl for and the winners get to send a check to support their cause!

Richardson Insurance will again be bowling to support Tommy's Place! Tommy's Place is a charity that provides a dream vacation for kids battling cancer and their families ❤

Lamacchia Realty is bowling for Boston Children's Hospital and Marisa's Mission

Frame Center is bowling for The Magical Moon Foundation

LoanDepot's Team Jessica Celia is bowling for Homes For Our Troops

Mortgage Corp East is bowling for Dana Farber

Joel Barrett Baseball is bowling for the Hanover Softball Boosters

Press Juice Bar is bowling for Hanover SNAP

The FIRM - Real Estate Group is bowling for Magical Moon and Bethesda House

Hanover MA Fire Department is bowling for The Ellie Fund

Coldwell Banker Realty - is bowling for Habitat for Humanity
