Alex Meininger doesn’t “work in mortgages.” Mortgages work for him.

FHA? VA? USDA? Conventional? He doesn’t just know the programs—he bends them to his will like a golf ball slicing aggressively into the woods and somehow still landing on the green.

By day, he’s a high-producing manager orchestrating millions in deals with the calm intensity of someone who has seen everything—credit disasters, last-minute underwriting plot twists, and buyers who think “pre-approved” means “I bought a jet ski yesterday, hope that’s fine.” By night, he’s either chasing a lower handicap, scouting his next food obsession, or reminding the world that being a dad is the only title he actually cares about defending.

He thrives in chaos. Complicated files? Good. Weird income? Even better. “This deal might be impossible”? That’s basically a personal invitation.

Community leader, board member, chamber guy, donation machine—Alex somehow finds time to show up everywhere while still answering calls like it’s the fourth quarter and your rate is on the line.

He doesn’t “guide clients through the mortgage process.” He drags them—successfully, efficiently, and occasionally sarcastically—across the finish line.
