I love days like today! One escrow closes and another one opens! So excited for my clients getting their keys a day early even after the crazy rain was delaying inspections AND my borrowers had to sign in two different locations! Immediately after getting the word we were in record i opened Escrow on my 3rd VA refinance in the last month - we will be lowering their rate 1% and their payment over $100 a month from less than a year ago!
