DID YOU KNOW - According to realtor.com April 2022 data homes here in Kings County have appreciated 13.6% year over year. And home prices nationally are forecasted to rise by average of 9.0% this year thanks to continued low housing supply and high buyer demand. This would indicate the trend for higher than normal appreciation in the coming months will continue.
