With the snow melted, I have been able to get out running on the trails a whole lot more... Sara Lahti - State Farm Insurance Agent is a Canal Run sponsor again this year - my favorite event! Anyway, this will be the first Canal Run without Dad... he was a super walker. He walked (and prior, jogged) in the Canal Run events over the years since it pretty much started. We have a pretty good team again signed up, but it's going to be different this year without him. ❤️

Hi Everyone, we are a sponsor for this local event THIS SATURDAY! It should be a fun night, already looking to be a pretty big crowd.
