Financial Statements can be confusing, so let’s simplify them.

A Cash Flow Statement shows money exchanged in business; cash coming in vs. going out. This report shows how a business uses its money to grow and expand.

An Income Statement shows money earned from doing business; money made from sales minus expenses. This report will show actual profits.
