We’re excited to be part of Brewer Riverwalk Festival again this year!

Stop by our tent in the craft section, located in the old Tozier's parking lot. We'll be selling hot dogs, chips, soda, water, and cookies, with all money raised going towards Ending Hunger! We'll also have giveaway items for kids and adults, along with our popular tattoo station.

Meet our Training Team! Every employee at Maine Savings is impacted by the Training Team in some way throughout their career. The team includes Lynn Anderson, Assistant Vice President of Professional Development; Kaytee O'Berry, Training Development Specialist; and Melissa Cote, Lending Trainer. Together, they support more than 98% of Maine Savings employees while making up less than 2% of our workforce. From new hire orientation and technical training to lending education and account maintenance training, they help build the foundation for employee success.

While classroom training is an important part of what they do, it is only a small portion of their footprint. The team creates and maintains training resources, manages vendor and compliance training, supports product launches and upgrades, and serves on committees that help shape programs, policies, and events throughout Maine Savings. No two days look the same—one day may be spent in the classroom or training in a branch, while another may be filled with meetings, document creation, or volunteer work throughout the community.

What stands out most about this team is their collaborative nature. They share ideas, explore new technology, learn from one another, and rely on each other's strengths to support Maine Savings employees. And when it comes to lunch, you'll find Kaytee enjoying Harvest Moon Deli, Lynn reaching for hot and sour soup and an egg roll, and Melissa admitting that since discovering DoorDash, she has plenty of favorite restaurants but couldn't point them out on a map!
