And the winner is!!!!!! These two young ladies. Why? Well, there were a few reasons. 1. How in the world did they get those body parts so round? We were all going nuts trying to figure out how to make ours look like something other than Jabba The Hutt. 2. Now we know that their parents helped because those gloves are way too dry and clean. But that is o.k. as we know they were right there with their parents cheering them on. 3. And last, we are all completely jealous of that clubhouse. We picked you guys because all of us are hoping to get an invite to see that little play palace in person. :)☃️ ⛄️☃️⛄️☃️❄️❄️❄️❄️ Now help us out so we do not have to go through 100 messages to see who these two are. Tag their parents so we can reach out to them to get their North Cypress Swag to them. 😄

This is an interesting and informative article on the challenges with flood insurance here in South Louisiana. FEMA has created a new system of risk assessment, but isn’t providing customers or agents with much info on how they are calculating the rates per household. Hopefully, they will provide more transparent information soon. However, many households, depending on their location, have alternative options in the Private Flood Market. Lots of folks don’t know that FEMA is not their only option, and some independent agencies have access to Private flood insurance providers. If you have an independent agent you work with, ask them about it. If not, we can help too.
