We had been out of the housing market for quite a while, so we almost felt like first time buyers again. I asked him about prequalifying, and several other questions about how to get the ball rolling when we were ready to buy. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, Rick walked us through the application, and was there for us through the entire process. He promptly returned calls and emails, and never let us feel we were ignored or "just another client." The team at our local Movement Mortgage, under Rick's leadership, turned something that can be very stressful and complicated, into a smooth and almost simple process.
