What we eat matters. While junk food is designed to be highly convenient and crave-able, the long-term cost to our health is steep. Highly processed foods are packed with hidden sugars, unhealthy fats, and chemical additives that drain our energy, disrupt our mood, and increase the risk of chronic illness. Real nutrition is about fueling our bodies with what they actually need to thrive. 🍏

Newton is standing outside a massive piece of West Virginia history this week! 🍏

Our favorite traveler is checking in from a historic city in Marshall County. Built in 1866, this spot was only the second public building ever constructed in the state, and much of it was actually built by the inmates themselves. It officially closed its heavy iron doors in 1995. Today, it stands as one of the most famous, haunted, and historical tour sites in America. 👻 Fun Fact: This spot has a haunted house in late September through October.
