We have been seeing delayed delivery times with USPS. This has resulted in a lot of inconvenience for some of our clients. With this being said, mailing in check payments comes with the risk of your payment not being delivered to your insurance carrier on time. This results in late penalties. Luckily, there are other quick and simple options such as calling our office to make a quick payment over the phone. You can also contact us to opt-in for automatic payments on your policies, or pay by downloading your carrier’s mobile app/using your online login 🙂. Reach out to us with any questions 260-488-2380.

If your mortgage company has recently changed, been sold, or transferred, please let us know as soon as possible!

Mortgage companies do not always notify insurance agencies of these changes. To help avoid billing issues, we want to make sure your homeowners insurance bill is being sent to the correct mortgage company.

⚠️ If the wrong mortgage company is listed, your insurance premium may not get paid on time — which could put your coverage at risk.

Please contact our office if:
✔️ Your mortgage was transferred or sold
✔️ You refinanced your home
✔️ Your loan servicer changed
✔️ You received notice of a new mortgage company

One thing about me, is I’m an animal lover… all animals (but especially cats).
If it’s hungry, I’m feeding it. If it’s a baby, it’s coming home. If it’s lost, I’ll try my best to find its family.
Animals hold a special place in my heart and it absolutely breaks my heart when I can’t help certain ones.
Today we have the sweetest cat at the office that’s hungry and needing love… so here I am😅

Involved in a fender bender, single vehicle + animal accident, or even an accident where there is no apparent damage?
