Wow, 25th Anniversary of the Princeton University Preparatory Program aka P.U.P.P.!!!! I am part of PUPP class of 2005’( literally the 2nd cohart of students to grace the program, as it literally launched 1yr prior to my entrance in 2001).
P.U.P.P is a college preparatory program focused on students from inner city, low-income, first-generation-college families, that have demonstrated the academic endurance and resilience in their studies…en route to higher education. A 4-year dedication in high school to challenging yourself academically,
giving up your summers, and basically attending school outside of school(lol 🙄), as a literal investment to yourself, your future, and ultimately prepping you for college!!
My fellow colleagues and I, have successfully completed the 4yr program during our high school years, and have went on to some of the biggest IVY Leagues and Top-rated prestigious Universities in the nation, as products of the PUPP program. Some of the world’s top lawyers, policy makers, researchers, counselors/social workers, nurses, business women&men, educators and entrepreneurs alike, are products of P.U.P.P, locally and internationally. I couldn’t be more proud to be P.U.P.P Alumni….25yrs is craaaaazy😳lol
Blessings to Dr. Carter, Dr. Klugman and the late Dr.Wilson for pouring into youth like myself and so many more for 25yrs and counting…..successfully leading us to become not only college graduates but multiple degree holders(This credit also goes to my Dad Bruce Brittingham for my upbringing as well, but nonetheless, lets stay on track..yall know that already) lol And lastly, Im going to give credit to myself because its my brain and I did the work…shoot😂😂 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 Whew I feel old now lol
