Position Title: Property Acquisitions Sales Manager
Sleeping Giant Homes is looking to immediately hire a full-time Property Acquisitions Sales Manager.
We are a TRUE family owned and operated real estate investment company located in Hamden, CT. We have been investing in both New Haven & Hartford counties for the past 6 years. We live by one motto that has been the foundation for our success - “People before profits”. We hope to find someone that fits that motto to join our team.
Our family team runs **TV Commercials + Facebook Ads** to keep the phones ringing and bring sellers in the door…we are swamped & the leads are HOT!
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ Years Face-to-Face Sales Experience - FULL TIME POSITION
- Must be located in the CT Market
- Have a car to drive to appointments
- Proficient in Technology - Google Suite, CRM, Etc.
- A love for helping people out of a tough situations
- Great Communication
- Solutions Provider
- Critical Thinker
- DO NOT need your real estate license
POSITION DETAILS:
- 30-40 Hours a Week
- Manage all our INBOUND leads
- Answer inbound calls + emails
- Set Appointment with prospective sellers
- Perform property research, run comps, & do deal analysis
- Meet in person w/ seller at their home
- Make offers on properties and NEGOTIATE a sales price
- Collect a signed contracts
- You can work from home…we also have an office your can use at any time.
COMPENSATION:
- This position is 100% Commission
- If minimum performance is met, expect $75,000 annual income
- Gas reimbursement after 90 days
- Quarterly Bonuses - If goals are met.
