Tom, born and raised in the city of buffalo is a 25+ year real estate industry veteran, and a licensed real estate broker since 2001. Starting his career in 2001 with one of the largest real estate firms in WNY he earned "the rookie of the year" award for total sales which led him to where he is today. In 2006 Tom launched New York State Realty a licensed real estate broker company located in Buff
alo, NY where he continued that business well into 2025 selling millions in real estate transactions by representing buyers and sellers also known as his clients. Throughout the years Tom knew the real estate world was changing by what was happening and knew he had to start something to really give his clients the best exposure when selling their most valuable asset (there property) and bringing buyers and sellers together. In 2025 Tom launched MLS Nation Realty which expands to not only the local and state market but nationally and international giving his clients the best marketing and exposure over his competitors. Tom and his team have had a long successful career guiding buyers and sellers throughout the Buffalo/Niagara region area with their real estate acquisitions and dispositions by working with qualified clients and since then has represented over 600 of them totaling over $150,000,000 in sales and counting.Tom continues to close millions of dollars in sales transactions each year being recognized by Business First as one of the "who's who" in residential real estate sales, The "Top 100 & 200 realtors" in the Buffalo/Niagara Region and "Top 3%-5% of realtors" in Western New York. His Knowledge of the WNY real estate market and enthusiasm for real estate combined with excellent negotiation skills contribute to his success. He owned his own marketing firm for four years prior to entering the real estate industry.
