On redriverbank.com click on the familiar Internet Banking button. Then select the highlighted text "First Time Logging In?" (see image below). This will bring you to a auto-enrollment form.

Hope everyone is safe post storm. While the cleanup/fixing starts now there is a hidden blessing in this damage of watching the community come together and help eachother. Today in the news you will see that Microsoft experienced a widespread incident due to a CrowdStrike update. CrowdsStrike is a company that produces security tools and one of their updates had a flaw that caused worldwide impact.

While we hope everyone reading this is unaffected, this is a GREAT reminder to be "Cyber Smart" as criminals will take advantage of these types of situations by impersonating Microsoft for example to gain access to your computer or to get private information from you.

Any time a caller or an email expresses extreme urgency or uses tactics to make you believe your inaction will cause you harm, it’s wise to slow down.
