💚Meet Kaley: A Numbers Whiz with a Heart for Small Businesses!💚
Kaley Francisco is the founder and owner of Balanced Books by Kaley, LLC, a bookkeeping firm dedicated to providing outsourced bookkeeping services to small businesses in our community. With a passion for numbers and a heart for service, Kaley specializes in QuickBooks management, bank reconciliations, auditing, reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing. Her approach is rooted in building trust and transparency while fostering long-term relationships with her clients.
�Kaley's journey into entrepreneurship began in 2023 and was driven by her desire to make bookkeeping less of a scary and daunting aspect of owning a business. She strives to leave a lasting impact by having a friendly approachable nature and by explaining bookkeeping concepts in simple, relatable ways. In doing so, she hopes to help her clients feel confident and informed when it comes to making financial decisions.
�Beyond her professional endeavors, Kaley is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She enjoys traveling, reading and listening to audiobooks, watching Nascar races and sporting events, and just spending quality time with her family.
Balanced Books is currently operating at full capacity, focusing on delivering exceptional service to their existing client family. They do maintain a courtesy waiting list for interested businesses. 🔍 Did you know?✨There is such a thing as a Certified Public Bookkeeper, which is what she is! She went to college and got her Bachelors in Accounting, but is not a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). When she was doing her required training hours under a licensed CPA in order to be eligible to take the CPA exam, she fell in love with bookkeeping stuff. So, she chose to go in that direction instead. She may eventually get her CPA license, but it would just be for the accolade. She has no intention of getting away from the focus on bookkeeping.
🍔 Local Favorite🍔🏁In true local and southern style…when asked her favorite local spot…her response was ‘SoBo Speedway on a warm summer night, with a juicy bologna burger!’🏁😂 I mean, does it get any better than a SoBo Speedway Bologna Burger??
