I do not usually post to our page for Ball & Associates, but due to the seriousness of the Coronavirus I am trying to let our customers know some of the rules we have started due to this serious threat to their and our health. Only one customer in the office at a time and no children what so ever. Also please call your companies if you intend to pay with a check or a card, they will help you and there will be no need for personal contact.

We are only open in the Carbon Hill and Haleyville office right now. The Carbon Hill office is open in the morning from 8 till 12, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The Haleyville office the same days but 8:30 till 4:30 and lunch from 12 till 1, Double Springs office is closed until this scare is over. These times and days are subject to change as needed.
