After many phone calls and texts, on a rainy day in December, my clients came all the way from New Hampshire to shop Valdosta and Thomasville, for a home to purchase for someone they love!! The remainder of the transaction was long distance with calls, texts and emails, to get them to a mail away closing with a notary!
