We are proud to announce that Customer Service Manager Jerry Barr and Team Lead Bethany Harbaugh have officially earned their Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations—with Jerry achieving CISR Platinum status!

The CISR designation is a nationally recognized mark of professional excellence administered by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. Earning it requires extensive coursework and rigorous examinations across specialized areas of risk, liability, and coverage analysis.

Congratulations to both Bethany and Jerry on their hard work, leadership, and ongoing commitment to raising the bar!

Big things are happening in Minnesota! This year, one of our agents, Todd Sauvageau, was crowned the runner-up for Brotherhood Mutual’s Agent of the Year Premium Volume Award.

As an active member in his home church, Todd is involved in men’s ministry, couples mentoring, mission trips, and leading small groups. Todd has worked hard to ensure that ministries can find quality insurance to protect their members and mission.

Derek Gard worked for 16 years in world missions and as an executive at Brotherhood Mutual. In 2024, he transitioned to becoming an agent, and in his first full year with us, he was awarded Brotherhood Mutual’s award for Rookie of the Year!
