GREAT NEWS!! The 30-yr Conforming Loan Limit has increased to $806,500 for 2025!

Which means…

– 3% down gets you a home priced at $831,443
– 5% down gets you a home priced at $848,947
– 10% down gets you a home priced at $896,111
– 20% down gets you a home priced at $1,008,125

Why is this a big deal? Because loan amounts above the conforming limits are considered JUMBO loans which have much stricter requirements than conventional loans (i.e., higher: down payments, credit scores, income, cash reserves, etc.) and potentially a higher interest rate.
