Over the weekend Aflac launched an update for the MyAflac website. While most of you will be unaffected there was a handful of policyholders and agents whose access was affected. Our office is one of those that was affected. At this moment we cannot submit new claims, check on existing claims, or update policyholder information. Aflac is aware of this issue and working to resolve it. For assistance at this time please contact AFLAC HQ directly at 1-800-992-3522
