As Memorial Day approaches, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice allows us the freedoms we cherish, and we encourage our community to take a moment to reflect and remember.

Here are a few common red flags to watch for:

• Government or Medicare impersonators requesting personal information or fees out of the blue
