Existing Home Sales, month-over-month, jumped 9.5% for February vs -1.3% estimate.

But waitā€”Mortgage rates are 80bps higher than they were last Feb, when we had a similar jump??

I guess changing the names and photos announced it, but Iā€™ll do it officially.

After three years at CMG, I'm excited to finally announce that I've taken on a new Loan Officer role with Chris G. Ladner and the team at Gulf South Mortgage. I'm looking forward to this next step in my career path and the new opportunities that will ultimately come with it.

I'm grateful for the time I spent at CMG and the people I worked with over the years. I miss you guys in the office already. Being a top producer there wasnā€™t accomplished alone and I wanted each of you to know Iā€™m appreciative for supporting me and helping me always. Iā€™ll never forget that.

I'm sure this new chapter will bring many great experiences and Iā€™m looking forward to it.
