Our firm proudly partnered with Quinnipiac University’s (QU) Fraternity and Sorority Life for the 2026 Greek Week Food Drive, marking the second year of this initiative. This year, we supported the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen (DESK) in New Haven, CT, which serves individuals experiencing homelessness or poverty through food assistance and services that promote health, community, and equity.

Fraternities and sororities teamed up and competed to collect as many items as possible between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Our firm offered a $1,000 donation to the team that collected the most items, to be directed to nonprofit organizations of their choice.

The turnout this year was incredible! Together, the students collected 12,005 items, four times more than last year! Congratulations to Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, who took the top spot with an impressive 2,776 items collected.

Due to the tremendous effort of the teams, we increased our donation to $1,500, allowing each winning organization to direct $500 to a nonprofit of their choice.

We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped make this initiative a success. Thank you to Anthony Reid, Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at QU, as well as Luis Olmo-Rivera and Stefano Mancini at DESK, for their support in bringing this event to life. We also appreciate the students from Common Ground High School in New Haven for helping with loading and unloading donations.

It is inspiring to see so many communities come together to support those in need. We are proud to be part of an initiative that supports the local community and encourages students to give back, and we look forward to continuing this tradition next year!

Thank you, Evan Croteau, for your hard work and contributions this fall!

As an Equity Research Intern, Evan used the Bloomberg Terminal to complete projects related to economics, markets, and company-specific analysis. He also leveraged the Advanced Bloomberg Query Language (BQL) to complete an automated analysis and learned our research process to complete analytics on company conference transcripts.

Evan is in the Dual-Degree Accelerated 3+1 Program at Quinnipiac University. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Finance with minors in Economics and Psychology in May 2025. He is on track to complete his Master of Science in Business Analytics in May 2026.

Additionally, he discussed professionalism, touching upon topics such as resumes, on-campus involvement, networking, and interviewing. We were thrilled with the turnout and the enthusiasm of all who attended.

Last week, Cam, Jake, and Alex led a Personal Finance Workshop at Quinnipiac University, sharing valuable insights on key aspects of financial literacy for early-career professionals. The session covered topics such as setting financial goals and habits, understanding pay stubs and income, Social Security and Medicare, 401(k) retirement plans, credit cards, and more.

Yesterday morning, our team volunteered at Connecticut Foodshare. This time, instead of sorting produce, we took on something new, sorting dry goods. Together, we sorted 6,945 pounds of food, helping provide approximately 5,787 meals for individuals and families in need.

It’s always rewarding to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. With Connecticut Foodshare recently consolidating their Bloomfield facility into the Wallingford location, the need for volunteers has grown even greater. It’s inspiring to see that, alongside others, our efforts can make a meaningful and positive impact on the community.

Yesterday, Bill, Alex, Noah, and Jake represented our firm at the Soundview Family YMCA’s 19th Annual Golf Tournament at Lyman Orchards Golf Club! It was a great day to enjoy golf while supporting the YMCA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen our community.

The tournament included several fun hole contests, and we’re excited to share that Noah took home the win in the Longest Drive competition!

The YMCA, a nonprofit organization, is committed to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We were honored to sponsor and participate in this event, with proceeds benefiting programs and services that help children, families, and adults thrive.

Yesterday, our team wrapped up the summer with a cookout at Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison, CT!

We spent the evening enjoying the outdoors, grilling hot dogs and hamburgers, and competing in friendly co****le matches. Beyond the food and games, it was a chance to relax, connect with one another, and celebrate the season together.

Moments like these remind us of the power of teamwork, camaraderie, and taking time to recharge, essential ingredients for success both in and out of the office. Here’s to carrying this energy into the fall!
