Allstate Insurance Agent: James O'Neal I'm an Augusta native. I moved to Atlanta in 1989 to study at Morehouse College before returning to Augusta nearly 19 years later.

I've always loved living in this area. There's been so much growth here with the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence creating its headquarters in Fort Gordon, and I'm excited to see what's next. This community is my home, and I try to stay involved as much as I can. I support Leadership Augusta, Project Impact, The Center for Arts & Heritage of North Augusta, Historic Augusta Inc., Historic North

Augusta and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. For the last 11 years, my agency has helped host the Father-Daughter Gala to support local nonprofits. I'm also a member of the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, serve on the City of Augusta Planning Commissioners Board and served on the Leadership Augusta Board of Directors. I got my start in the insurance industry in 2008 by working as a sales professional in Dad's agency. After seeing how much we could help local families with what's important in their lives, I felt inspired to open my own agency. In 2014 I bought Dad's agency when he retired after 37 years, and I purchased my second agency here, in Grovetown, in 2018. Dad's lessons about being an insurance agent have been invaluable, and I strive to make him proud every day. At both of my agencies, customer satisfaction is our top-priority. To better serve our diverse community, we offer services in Spanish and English. We're located on the corner of Wrightsboro and Whiskey roads, next to the Mexican restaurant.
