Groveport Police are asking everyone to check all cameras they have in the area. This gentleman has been missing since 8/19. Please take the time to read over the description and information they have in this post.

🚨 UPDATE 8/26:
▪️ Wooded Search: Ohio Search & Rescue and SAR Sheps are returning to search the woods. 🐕🌧️
▪️ FBI Involvement: We consulted with the local FBI office. A new avenue was provided and thoroughly explored with the family, but it did not pan out. Detectives remain in close contact with federal resources and the family.
▪️ URGENT ACTION NEEDED: We are still asking all residents and businesses to check security cameras/doorbells. If you spot anyone matching Mr. Walker’s description, please contact police immediately. 614-525-3333 or 911.

▪️ The GPD is asking for the public's assistance with reviewing their external camera videos beginning at 12:30pm on August 19, 2026, especially our adjacent communities and townships. We are attempting to establish a good search area outside of the locales we have thoroughly searched so far.
▪️ Anyone having any information, sightings or video footage are asked to call 614-525-3333 or 911.

▪️ The Ohio Special Response Team and Metro Parks have joined our staff on the ground.
▪️ Searchers are deploying K9 units, drones, boats, and on-foot search teams.
▪️ Local law enforcement partners are assisting and actively reviewing neighborhood video camera footage.
We deeply appreciate the community's overwhelming support. We are hoping for the best and will not stop looking.
