Utilizing his comprehensive understanding and experience in the mortgage lending industry along with an array of products, Justus and his team adeptly handles virtually any situation or scenario that may arise during the loan process. Throughout his career, Justus has been recognized for his outstanding loan production. For three consecutive years (2008-2010) at Fifth Third Bank, he was among the “Top 3” Loan Officers in the Columbus Ohio market for Government Loan Production. Additionally, he achieved ranking among the “Top 10” Loan Producers at First Federal for three successive years (2012 - 2014), been in the CEO Club for NFM for the last 3 years. As an alumnus of Wilmington College in Ohio, Justus holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and History. With a vision of creating a more equitable society, Justus dedicates his time and resources to helping charitable organizations that provide essential services to vulnerable people and communities. Justus has contributed extensively to charities such as Ronald McDonald House, MASH Pantry, and the Byron Saunders Foundation. Through donations of food and supplies, they have helped create a positive impact on hundreds of lives. He has also given back to his community by serving on several boards and committees, as the Treasurer of Southwest Area Realtors Association (2008-2012) and Treasurer of Relay for Life (2010). Additionally, Justus volunteers as a small group leader and childcare provider when time allows. Has been part of the AmSpirit business connection community since 2011. Member of the Mortgage Coach community since 2008. Part of the elite industry coaching of The CORE training since 2016.

Justus Sharp has over 19 years of mortgage experience and has been recognized as a leader in the field on numerous occasions. He resides with his wife, Mindy, and two children, Kaden and Ella, in Grove City where along with playing baseball, going camping, and attending church activities, he has been able to fulfill his dream of opening his own branch of NFM Lending and continue to serve the community he is proud to call home.
