Did the Fed cut interest rates today? Yes. Did it help with mortgage rates? NO!!!! In fact, his comments and uncertainty made the bond market tank causing mortgage rates to increase. 😡

Today was a special day at the closing table. Had the privilege of uniting 4 generations from Colorado to Ohio! Throughout the closing it was a joy to see the excitement and relief on the buyers faces as they didn’t think it would be a reality based on their scenario, but we got it done in just over 3 weeks!
