We're back, and we're officially Waypoint Credit Union. 💙

Branches, our Call Center, and Shared Branching reopen today at 12:00 PM, with our new Online Banking, App, and Bill Pay launching this afternoon.

As we make the transition to Waypoint, our Scient Credit Union social pages will be phased out. Make sure you’re following us on our new Waypoint pages so you don’t miss updates, member information, and what’s next.

You can also visit our new website at waypointcu.org and download the new Waypoint app to access your accounts wherever you are.

Today, some services will close in stages as we move into our system upgrade:

🔹 Call Center — closes 4:30 PM
🔹 Branches - close at 5:00 PM
🔹Online/Mobile Banking, and App become unavailable at 5:00 PM

Our transition weekend officially begins today!

Branches, call center, and all systems will be closed on both Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27. Reopening at 12:00pm on Monday, September 28.

This is the first step toward becoming Waypoint Credit Union. For the full timeline of what's ahead this weekend, refer to the member guide that was sent to you.

Big news, Scient members: we're excited to share that we're completing a major system upgrade and becoming Waypoint Credit Union! 🎉

A new name, a new look, and better tools for banking with us — we can't wait for you to see it. To help you plan ahead, here's some highlights for our transition weekend, September 25–28:

📅 Fri, 9/25
• Call Center closes 4:30 PM
• Branches close at 5:00pm.
• Online/Mobile Banking, and App become unavailable starting at 5:00 PM

📅 Sat 9/26 – Sun 9/27 — Branches, call center, and all systems closed
📅 Mon, 9/28 — Branches, Call Center, and Shared Branching reopen at 12:00 PM.

New Online Banking, App, and Bill Pay go live that afternoon.

REMINDER: This SATURDAY is Shred Day at CorePlus Credit Union and Scient Federal Credit Union in Groton (60 Colver Avenue)!

Join us for a FREE Shred Day tomorrow, Saturday, September 12th from 9 AM to 12 PM. This is your opportunity to get rid of confidential documents safely and securely. We'll be accepting bank statements, pay stubs, medical records, and more!

Plus, you can help others while you're at it! We'll be collecting non-perishable food items to support Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Center.

Additional opportunities are coming your way in 2027 and we hope to see you there!
