Another delivery day means it's almost go time!!!! All the inshore stuff is ready to roll! These rods are amazing. Paired up with some incredible # reels and you guys get to use the best of the best from now on! Once I pick out the offshore gear we will be pairing them with all Winthrop Tackle LLC butts!!!! Book now or forever hold your peace. Squid trips starting soon, then fluke/seabass. Once we hit July it will be sharks, tuna, and blackfish!

The exciting news keeps coming! Doesn't get much better than joining forces with Winthrop Tackle LLC. These adjustable butts are gonna be incredible on the beautiful Connley Fishing rods that are coming! I had the pleasure of hanging out with Colby today and got a first hand view of how they operate. Flawless operation, incredible employees and attention to detail like no other. Colby is amazing. Super smart, very family oriented business and quality control like you wouldn't believe. The best part, he wants them on the boat, getting beat to s**t and pushed to the limits. Wants any feedback he can get whether it be "these are great" or "hey this could use work". Whatever helps him provide the absolute best product possible for his customers. Truly a stand up operation. Can't wait to have them out on the boat putting in some work this summer!

The books are now open for any and everything. Fall Blackfish is about half booked. If you want a date reserve it soon.

I'll be doing some squid fishing soon. Probably in the next 2 weeks or so. Shoot me a message for details. Tons of fun. Last year we had multiple nights with 500+ lbs of squid!

Had an amazing week down in West Palm Beach working the Boat Show for Connley Fishing. After the show I got to spend a day in the shop with the boys, and at the warehouse to get a feel for the entire operation. The process is flawless and the whole operation is top notch. Their stock series rods are beautiful, and if you're looking for custom,the sky is the limit, you won't be disappointed. Another full boat limit that we really had to work for today. Nice box up to 8-1/2 lbs. Very picky bite. Really had to feel it today. No grab and go hits all day. Wind against tide, waves, little rain. All good! Got it done! Bonus mackerel on the mud bug. Thats a first for me. Best part of the day, stopped by to see how Luke Wiggins was making out. He had the same picky bite. I go to leave and he says " you want some hot blackfish cowdah!???" Uh, f**k yeah I do. Made me up and nice bag, threw in a couple bowls and spoons and off we went. Sure hit the spot just as I was about getting cold. Thank you!!

The bite was a little better today. Not incredible by any means, but a nice full boat limit by noon with some good ones up to 8lbs ish! New clients today and we had a bunch of fun. Couple of them had their PB blackfish today and that makes the whole trip!
