Scammers have gotten more sophisticated—and one of their tactics is caller ID spoofing. This means fraudsters can make it look like your bank is calling, even when it’s not.

🚨 How the scam works:
You may receive a call that appears to come from our official phone number. The caller may claim there’s an urgent issue with your account and ask for personal or financial information.

✅ Here’s how to stay safe:
• We will never ask for your PIN, full password, passcodes or secure codes over the phone.
• If something feels off, hang up immediately.
• Call us back using the trusted numbers you already have.
• Don’t click on links or share codes sent to your phone.

🛑 Remember: Just because the caller ID looks familiar doesn’t mean it actually is.

👏This past Saturday was the 28th Annual Groesbeck Lions Club Car Show.
This car show is the club’s main annual fundraiser, and Farmers State Bank has been a sponsor for ALL 28 years.
➡️The funds raised go to scholarships for Groesbeck High School graduating seniors, eye exams and glasses for needy Groesbeck ISD students, and to support the Texas Lions Camp for disabled children in Kerrville, TX.
