We’re growing our team at Capitol Benefits Group and looking for an agency admin!
We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to support day-to-day enrollment activities for individual and group clients and provide ongoing internal support to the agency staff and clients, as needed.
This full-time hybrid position is based in Grimes, IA, and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping individuals navigate their benefits with confidence. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate adaptability in a high-paced and continuously changing industry.
What we’re looking for:
• HR, brokerage, or benefits administration experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (special consideration will be given to Employee Navigator wizards)
• Life & Health insurance license required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
