Should I BUY or RENT?!

Even with interest rates continuing to rise, it will always be better to buy than rent.

Why?!
Well with renting it will always be 100% interest, you will never get the money you’re paying out towards rent back whereas with paying your mortgage you will be paying towards the equity within your home that you could always pull back out with a refinance or sale of your home!

Home buying tip: it is always better to have a pre approval first before looking at homes. You don’t want to be in a situation where you really love a house and can’t put an offer yet because now you have to rush to get a pre approval. Common outcomes of this would be either A someone who has a pre-approval will put an offer and buy the house or B the price of the home may not match the amount pre approved as the house can be more than what a lender is willing to lend you.
