We might be at the end of the season, but it's never too late to be prepared (even if it's for next year).

A few tips for you:

1️⃣ Locate your policy and keep it with you, a PDF on your phone works, or a paper copy grabbed on your way out the door if there's a mandatory evacuation.

2️⃣ Walk through your house and take pictures of everything. Open the drawers, the cabinets, get the furniture. It feels like overkill until an adjuster hands you a blank sheet of paper and asks you to list everything you lost. Those photos do the remembering for you.
