The sellers of our Conti Street and Louisiana Avenue investment opportunities are open to owner-financing proposals.

🏡 What do you think?

If a tree branch is resting on a house but hasn’t caused any visible damage, would you consider it a liability—or would you leave it alone?

🌳 A liability
👍 Not a liability
💬 It depends

Tell us why in the comments. We’d love to hear your perspective and start the conversation!
