Candidate Requirements-
A professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills are a must.
Knowledge of business development through solicitation, marketing and outside community involvement is a plus.
Take ownership of customer concerns and work with management to formulate and execute strategies for new & renewal loans. Help find resolutions for delinquency through skip tracing, collection ideas, credit counseling and communication with customers.
The Customer Service Representative should be able to perform all front end duties of the branch, including cash control, payments, processing of credit bureaus for loans and sales finance applications, completion of loan documents, and loan closings. Have vital contact with the customers. Candidate should have strong verbal and interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with all types of customers.
