This file was sent to us August 26th, another fast closing request.

They were initially declined by another lender and was sent to us as a 2nd look option. I took a look at their financials and was able to pre-approve them within 30 minutes. We got the accepted offer and locked it the next day at a great rate!

21 days later we were able to close and fund their loan on time. We were able to save them $3k total in closing cost. Which was a big deal!

Another file that had a higher appraisal value than the purchase price. This is so AWESOME! Another client happy , another great deal closed. 👍
