Thankful for all of the teachers in our community! Grateful to live, work, and serve in this small town.

We delivered local flowers from White Owl Acres, and coffee cards from Estacada's Planet Cup of Joe to both elementary schools and Brady’s pre-school! As a mom of three students in Estacada I’m truly grateful for all of the effort and love poured into my kids daily. Thank you to my awesome business friends willing to combine forces on this! Properties by Paris Edward Jones-Associate: Jenny Alsman. Our hands are cramped from all 55 cards, but our hearts are full! River Mill Elementary School and thanks to our helpers Logan and Zoey!

When you support local people your money goes back into your community. Who would you trust more, a bank that sees you as a number, or a local mom who you might run into at the grocery store? Don’t fall for the mailers, or the robo calls! I have seen, in this last week, two of my clients receive letters from their current servicers that are complete misrepresentations of actual mortgage rates. Don’t let big banks add in thousands of extra dollars to your loan amount with you none the wiser. Refinance with someone who cares about your future and your family.

Refinance fees can be wrapped into your refinance costs without you even realizing it. Do you think your current lender wants less money per month? 🤔. School is back! It’s time to get back into a routine, and finish the year strong. Do you know of anyone looking at houses? I have a great 1% down Conventional product that could get a first time homebuyer into a new home for maybe less than first and last on an apartment. The best part is that the lender brings in 2% down as well so you’re starting with a 3% down payment while only cutting a check for 1% down! If you’re interested, I’d love to help!
