Never put yourself in a position to lose it all, just to say you’re a homeowner. If you can afford to buy now, then by all means go for it! Historicity the math shows that NOW is usually the best time to buy. If you’re not financially set up, then wait. Get your habits and money right, then becoming a homeowner should be joyful and not something you lose sleep over.
