Rivendell is done and the new owners are thrilled with their home. As with every house flip, the learning never stops! Here are a few takeaways from renovating this beauty:

1. Having a contract with your contractor is a must.
2. A great partner makes the project more manageable (and enjoyable!)
3. Don't forget to make sure you have a chimney cap so the swifts don't move in! 😅

This 1441 square feet Single Family home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located at 18560 Lower Midhill Dr, West Linn, OR.

We are under contract in West Linn! This home renovation ended up a full gut because the walls were covered with plywood and the walls itself were made of 1x2 sticks of wood. It needed everything replaced (except for the windows)!

We are underway renovating a 1920's tudor in Gresham along with the little house next door. The main house will upgrade from a 2/2 to a 3/2 and the 470 sf building next door will be converted from a hair salon to a 1/1 house. Excited to show you how it goes!

We listed this beauty yesterday. We partnered with HandyCrew on the renovation and listed the house with Brady Johnson. I think this house turned out so nice! 412 NE 167th Place in Portland.

And just like that, we sold one home and purchased another. Today was Demo Day on Flip #2! We are partnering with HandyCrew and Contracting on this one and they made fast work on the demo. Best part? Remember that ugly house we bought back in February? Well, you wouldn't recognize it now. Because we just completed our first fix and flip!

We've grown quite attached to this house and think that it turned out super cute. What do you think?

Is it ugly? Yeah, definitely, but it won't be for long! I’m getting ready to restore this house in Rockwood. While it may not be a gem yet, it will be once it has an all new kitchen, bathroom, siding, and roof as well as restored original hardwood flooring throughout. I’ll post progress photos as I have them.
