ve financial strategies and planning that can lead to financial clarity and security. Kim Fisher began her career assisting retirees with their Medicare options in 1983. She had just graduated from Presbyterian College with a business and finance degree and joined Bankers Life and Casualty Company providing life and health insurance. She left that company in 1989 and became an independent agent and decided to add retirement planning and Long Term Care to her list of client services. Kim is focusing her time working with clients to structure medical and long term care coverage, retirement income plans, along with educating them on maximizing available benefits under Social Security and possible pension benefits. As a woman working in the financial world, it has become very apparent that women are not getting the attention they deserve when it comes to creating their financial plans. For that reason, she has a focus on working with women in transition to ensure that they are empowered with the knowledge required to make the best decisions about their finances. Working with women and retirees has been the best part of her career, as she continues to gain insight into peoples goals and dreams. She has a great passion in helping to establish financial clarity in these challenging times for her clients. Working hand in hand with her clients to set up a plan that will evaluate their risk tolerance, work towards achieving their goals, and help shape a safe and secure financial future. Her office is located in Greer SC and she lives with her husband Myron of 32 years in Simpsonville, SC. Their son Brett is a graduate of Clemson University and is currently living in Cincinnati, Ohio and working at Sonoco. Their other son Ross is living in North Carolina with his family.
