In recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, the Elder Justice Coordinating Council has launched the Never Ever campaign, a nationwide effort to raise awareness about government and business imposter scams.

Imposter scams often begin with a call, text message, or email from someone typically pretending to be someone you trust - often government agents or businesses.

Congratulations!
We are honored to award a $5,000 Foundation Scholarship to Amelia Campbell, a graduate of Landrum High School. Born and raised in Landrum, Amelia has distinguished herself through her leadership, involvement, and commitment to serving others throughout her high school years.

Amelia was an active member of Student Council, FFA, the Unified Club, which supports students with special needs, and the school’s tennis team. Her dedication to both her school and community reflects the character, work ethic, and compassion that this scholarship is designed to recognize.

This fall, Amelia will attend the University of South Carolina, where she plans to major in Business. We are proud to support Amelia as she begins this exciting new chapter and pursues her educational and career goals.

CONGRATULATIONS to Lucas Grindle, a graduate of Eastside High School, for being chosen as the recipient of a $5,000 Charitable Foundation Scholarship.

Born and raised in the Greer, South Carolina area, Lucas has demonstrated a strong commitment to both academics and service throughout his high school career. He served as a peer tutor, helping fellow students succeed, and was an active member of the baseball team.

This fall, Lucas will attend Clemson University, where he plans to pursue a degree in Business. Through his leadership, dedication, and willingness to invest in others, Lucas has already made a positive impact on those around him.

We are proud to support Lucas as he begins this exciting new chapter and look forward to seeing the accomplishments and contributions he will make in the years ahead. Congratulations, Lucas!
